Wine with a deep straw yellow color, well-balanced aroma with fruity and floral notes, full, harmonious flavor. Suitable to accompany aperitifs and fish-based dishes.

Vinification

The grapes picked at technological maturity are de-stemmed, crushed and softly pressed. After static decantation, the must is sent to alcoholic fermentation with careful control of temperatures.

Refinement

The wine ages from 3 to 5 months in steel tanks in contact with its noble lees before bottling.
