Wine of bright red color with violet reflections, ethereal scent, with hints of berries and cherries, fresh flavor, easy to drink and excellent softness. Recommended to accompany red and spicy meat dishes.

Vinification

Delicate pumping over for about 7 days leads to an optimal extraction of the polyphenolic and aromatic heritage of the grapes. The must ferments strictly at a controlled temperature.

Refinement

Following the first racking, the wine ages for about a year in concrete tanks before being prepared for bottling. It is recommended to taste it at a temperature of 15-18 degrees.
