Tradition and modernity
The Cellar is made up of a modern building, equipped with spaces and technologies that allow us to preserve and enhance the fruit of the earth, transforming it into excellent wine. We alternate wine vessels in steel, vitrified concrete, barrels and barriques, wisely used according to the production styles; all with cold chain management.
